Privacy

This site sets no cookies. When you search the catalog or open a part we record the search text, the part and a hashed, non-reversible form of your network address for up to 180 days to keep the service working and understand which parts are looked for. Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms. Questions: [email protected].

Website chat: when you chat with us we store your messages, and any name or mobile number you choose to give us, for up to 30 days after the chat closes, so our staff can reply or call you back. Staff may use an AI assistant to help answer; any name or phone number you give is masked before any AI provider sees the conversation. Replies show the name of the staff member answering you. The chat keeps a random reference in your browser's local storage until the chat is closed. It sets no cookies.
