Our expertise

• Engine configuration databaseOur internal system maps engine serial numbers to their build option lists and from there to the individual part numbers in each option, compiled in-house from published parts information and maintained as changes are announced. This is how we tell a QSM11 marine set apart from an industrial one that shares the same base engine, and why the parts we ship fit.
• Supersession & cross-referenceEngine and filter part numbers are superseded frequently. We track supersession chains so a customer quoting an old number from an old manual receives the current, orderable replacement. Where a customer prefers an alternative brand, we cross-reference to Donaldson, Baldwin, WIX, Sakura or Mann+Hummel equivalents and show both.
• Stock disciplineFast-moving wear parts of the B, C, L, N and K series are held at our Piasau Utara warehouse, prioritised by fleet demand: service filters, gasket sets, belts, water pumps, injectors and sensors. Stock is cycle-counted, and every quotation shows real on-hand availability rather than a catalogue promise.
• Sourcing networkFor items outside standing stock, we buy through established suppliers and importers across Malaysia and overseas, with landed-cost tracking so quoted prices are firm.

Our approach

A customer sends us an engine serial number, a photo of an old part or a supplier's parts list — we return a priced quotation with the correct, current part numbers, supersessions already resolved, and stock availability stated honestly. Wrong parts cost our customers days at sea or on site; getting it right first time is the whole business.
